If I don't start my day with a workout, my whole day feels off. Whether it is going to the gym, doing a workout at home, or going skiing and snowboarding on the weekends. I have to be active! One thing that I have been wanting is to allow myself more at home workouts that don't require much equipment if any at all. The MASHUP workout is a great 15-20 minute workout that you can do at home. The videos are helpful to show you how to do them and tell you what equipment you need before beginning. It also tells you how many calories you are going to burn during the workout. Be sure to ask your physician before starting any workout regimen. Once given the all clear, you can have a high intensity or variable intensity training that will help you lose weight, tone, and maintain!
